With over twenty years' experience as an Operations Director in a wide range of organisations including financial services, the construction industry and the not-for-profit sector, Amanda has first-hand experience of many of the challenges that her clients face and a clear line of sight on the objectives sought by the organisations they work within.

 

She moved into Executive Coaching having mentored colleagues and staff throughout her career and having worked with numerous teams to help them to develop and embrace leadership abilities, emotional intelligence and a keen people focus.
